Licensing Terms

1. Definitions

"Content" refers to all visual loops, 3D animations, video files, and related materials provided by VFXFREEK.

"Licensee" refers to the individual or entity purchasing and using the Content.

"Commercial Use" means any use of Content for events, performances, and profit-generating activities.

"Resale" means selling, distributing, or transferring the Content to third parties for monetary or non-monetary gain.

"Redistribution" means sharing, uploading, or making the Content available to others through any platform or medium.

"Derivative Work" means any modification, adaptation, or transformation of the Content.

"Third Party" means any individual or entity other than the original Licensee.

2. License Types & Usage Rights

2.1 Free License (Royalty-Free)

PERMITTED USES:

  • All personal and commercial uses
  • Live performances at any venue size
  • YouTube, social media, and streaming platform uploads
  • Events and live experiences
  • Client work and paid VJ services

Note: Resale and redistribution are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Indie License - $10

PERMITTED USES:

  • Live performances at venues under 1,000 people
  • Personal artistic projects
  • YouTube and social media uploads
  • Educational presentations
  • Small-scale events and local gigs

2.3 Pro License - $30

INCLUDES ALL INDIE LICENSE RIGHTS WITH ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

  • Unlimited venue capacity
  • Large events and festivals
  • Client work and paid VJ services
  • Event installations and displays
  • Multi-user team licensing

2.4 Extended License - Contact for pricing

INCLUDES ALL PRO LICENSE RIGHTS WITH ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

  • Television broadcast and streaming service synchronization
  • Music video production and distribution
  • Film and documentary inclusion
  • Event advertising and marketing campaigns

3. Resale & Redistribution Restrictions

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the loops with third parties
  • Including loops in other digital asset packs or collections
  • Uploading loops to stock footage websites or similar platforms
  • Transferring licenses to other individuals or organizations
  • Creating derivative works for commercial redistribution

All loops are licensed for use only, not for resale or redistribution. Violation of these terms may result in license termination and legal action.
